Flame Sensor

Flame sensors detect the infrared light signature given off by an open flame, letting a project trigger an alert or automated response - such as an alarm, a shutoff relay, or a notification - when fire is detected within their sensing range. As with our other fire/gas-related sensors, these are educational/hobbyist components and should not replace a certified smoke or fire alarm system.
