Description
This module is basically the Breakout Board for the AMS1117 IC Chip. The AMS1117-5.0 LDO 800MA DC 5V to 3.3V Step-Down Power Supply Module is capable of supplying very stable 3.3V-5V DC when supplied with 4.5V-15V DC.
The module is capable of altering the output of the power source/supply before supplying it to the load so as to deliver the specified power to your load.
The module is very useful for products that demand 3.3V at 800mA of current. It equips 3 pins where you can plug in input and output, This offers ease of connection.
