Double BTS7960 43A H-Bridge High-Power Stepper Motor Driver Module
The Double BTS7960 43A H-Bridge Motor Driver Module is a robust, high-power motor driver ideal for driving large DC motors or stepper motors in demanding applications. Built around two BTS7960 half-bridge chips from the NovalithIC™ family, it integrates a p-channel high-side MOSFET, an n-channel low-side MOSFET, and a driver IC into a single package.
Thanks to its high-current capability (up to 43A), integrated protection features, and PWM support up to 25kHz, this module is perfect for high-performance robotics, automation systems, electric vehicles, and industrial control.
With built-in logic-level inputs, current sensing, temperature and overcurrent protection, this driver ensures reliability and efficiency even under heavy loads. The absence of a charge pump (due to the p-channel MOSFET) helps reduce EMI and simplify the design.
