The AHT20 are a new generation of temperature and humidity sensors. The AHT20 are equipped with a newly designed ASIC-specific chip, an improved MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensing element and a standard on-chip temperature sensing element. Its performance has greatly improved over the reliability level of previous generation sensors.
To ensure accuracy, it is recommended to store the sensor at 80% humidity for 12 hours.
